Over the weekend, Jessica and Eric announced that they're engaged.
“Yes, I am excited to confirm that they are engaged!” Jessica’s rep confirmed to OK!.
We're assuming Joe probably would have congratulated his daughter in person too, but he also took to his Twitter to publicly congratulate her!
