Five months after it was rumored that newly single Johnny Depp was rebounding with Rum Diary co-star Amber Heard, the under-the-radar couple were spotted (in a roped off enclave, naturally) being "flirty" in L.A.

A fellow reveler told Page Six that Johnny and Amber were sitting close and seemed very much a couple at AV Nightclub on Monday night.
The duo have been relatively quiet and incredibly private since news first broke of their alleged affair this spring. Pals of both actors say the media scrutiny got to be a bit much and made a mutual decision to take a time out.
Probably a smart move considering the relationship was technically a rebound for both.
Johnny ended a 14-year relationship with the mother of this two children, Vanessa Paradis, in June, while Amber (who is bisexual) broke it off with her girlfriend, Tasya van Ree.

That being said, sources say it might be unlikely that Johnny and Amber are Hollywood's latest "It" couple.
"(Johnny) has no plans to jump straight into something straight away, but he is keen to have some fun again," a pal of the actor said last summer.
