As the verdict for Johnny Depp’s libel suit is expected to be reached in the coming days, it appears he has been busy with a new love interest, the Made In Chelsea star and German model Sophie Hermann.
The 57-year-old actor is rumored to be romantically linked to the 33-year-old model after meeting at The Corinthia Hotel in London earlier this year amid Depp’s legal drama with ex-wife Amber Heard.
According to German Press, the model “left her phone number on a piece of paper and slid it between the strings of his guitar,” after which the couple, “spoke on the phone a lot'.”
After making her debut in the sixth season of the London-based reality show in 2013, Hermann is now one of the main cast members and is often in scenes with stars like Olivia Bentley, Fredrik Ferrier, and Ollie Locke.

Over the years, Hermann had been romantically linked to costar Ferrier, but the former — who keeps her relationships and love life off-screen — has maintained that they are just good friends.
As the romance between Depp and Hermann grows, the bitterness between Depp and ex-wife Heard seems to be getting worse. The Pirates of the Caribbean star sued The Sun after they published an article in 2018, calling him a "wife-beater.” The Golden Globe award winner is also taking action against his ex-wife in a defamation suit in the US state of Virginia over the “domestic abuse” column she wrote in 2018 for The Washington Post, which the defense used in the libel suit.
While the article did not mention Depp’s name, she described herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse,” which his lawyers claimed falsely portrayed the star as violent.
The three-week libel lawsuit exposed intimate and disturbing details of their private relationship — both Depp and Heard accused one another of being the abuser in the relationship.

Depp and Heard haven’t been in the best of terms. In a slew of accusations, Depp went on to call her “Amber T--rd” as he believed she soiled the marital bed after a row during her 30th birthday party. The Aquaman actress, however, denied the claim.
The dramatic details of the case also claimed Depp used his damaged finger to write "I love you" on a mirror after it was severed during a clash with his ex-wife in 2015. Depp’s lawyer, David Sherborne, further described the actress as a “compulsive liar” who “tailored her story to meet the evidence.”
Heard, on the other hand, has countersued the actor for $100 million, accusing him of initiating a smear campaign where Depp was said to be controlling or manipulating social media accounts to harass her. “Not content to let the jury decide this lawsuit, Mr. Depp and/or his agents acting on his behalf have orchestrated a false and defamatory smear campaign,” the counterclaim alleged.
“These accounts are designed to damage Ms. Heard and her livelihood without being directly traceable to Mr. Depp,” the court papers said about the fake accounts allegedly harassing the blonde beauty on social media.
