Jon Gosselin's date book is filling up: First there's Thanksgiving at Hailey Glassman's family home, then on Dec. 14 he has to appear in a Maryland courtroom in relation to TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against him.
RadarOnline.com reports that a judge will hear TLC's motion for a preliminary injunction and the dad—of—eight might be questioned under oath about his outside income.
The cable network says Jon, 32, violated the contract he signed with them in a number of ways, including breaching their exclusivity and confidentiality clauses.
