One site is reporting the judge will revoke her probation due to this offense.
To back track, in June when she slammed her Porsche into an 18-wheeler, she told cops in Santa Monica that she wasn't driving her car. Well, turns out she was and also turns out that lying to cops is considered a crime.

Insiders told one site when the Santa Monica City Attorney files Lindsay's criminal case, it's going to be headed to the L.A. County Superior Court for arraignment.
During arraignment, the judge will allegedly revoke her probation. Not only that, but the judge will set up a full hearing on grounds the actress violated her probation in the jewelry case by breaking the law.
