While no details have been released as to what exactly the pint-sized singer did to the accuser, there was a 911 call placed after the altercation with the photographer complaining of chest pains.

Today Access Hollywood revealed that a rep from The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the photographer involved filed a complaint. If charged, the squeaky clean teen could spend up to six months in jail for misdemeanor battery.
