Justin Bieber always wants to make his fans happy, and he did just that for a special little girl.
According to the New York Daily News, Justin took the time to meet 10-year-old Tyler Ann Zadroga, the daughter of a 9/11 hero in NYC. He made her wish happen before his Today show appearance on Nov. 4. Her grandmother, Linda Zadroga, told the paper, "He made her day. She had no idea she was going to meet him. I told her she was going to a news conference."

Although the meeting was short, Tyler Ann was still "thrilled" to meet the pop superstar. Linda said, "He said, 'hey little one!' and took pictures with her."

Tyler Ann and Linda also got to watch his Nov. 23 Today show appearance from the VIP section. "We're all Biebered out," Linda said to the Daily News, laughing.
