In the new issue of British Esquire (via E! News), Justin makes a confession about his royal crush.
It turns out Justin was one of the many guys who fell for Pippa after she helped her sister, Kate Middleton, walk down the aisle to marry Prince William, and subsequently showed off her own assets.

"Us American males are big fans of Pippa," Justin told Esquire. "We like the Middletons very much."
