The cat's finally out of the bag! Kate Gosselin will be one of the celeb contestants on the ninth season of Dancing With the Stars, Radar Online reports.
The reality TV star will be part of the official line-up announced tonight during the finale of The Bachelor on ABC, according to Radar Online.
The mom of eight will make sure, however, her new dancing gig will not keep her from her children.
Kate will be doing most of her practicing near her home in Pennsylvania, insisting on putting her children first.
A sources told Radar the show is willing to support her needs as a mother first, because just having her as a contestant will be a huge plus for show ratings.

After all, with Jon Gosselin's various lawsuits and mishaps, Kate is the primary caretaker and breadwinner for the Gosselin brood.

"Kate's the kind of woman who will do whatever is necessary for her children," the source told Radar Online. "It's great for her to be on the show, but she did it ONLY in a way that benefits her family."
