Kate Walsh was spotted filming scenes for her TV show Bad Judge—and it looks like things got a little out of hand in the wardrobe department. The actress was seen wearing a barely-there ensemble while walking out of the surf, making it seem like she was filming a scene where she lost her suit.

Now that's a wardrobe malfunction every girl is completely and totally terrified of.
