"It's clear to me that the children are well cared for by Mrs. Jackson. It is clear to me they love her very much," Judge Mitchell Beckloff said during the hearing, who also agreed to son, Tito Jackson, also staying on in a co-guardian role.
The court conducted an investigation last week, which included interviews with the children, Katherine and visit to the home, which proved the kids and the Jackson matriarch are doing just fine.
After a bizarre and confusing rumored kidnapping by relatives, guardianship was snatched from Katherine last month, which resulted in a bitter and dramatic (not to mention very public) feud amongst the clan.
