Katherine Jackson Once Again Guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket After Judge Ruling

After a brief and tumultuous separation, Katherine Jackson was reinstated guardianship this morning of her three grandchildren, Prince, Paris and Blanket.

"It's clear to me that the children are well cared for by Mrs. Jackson. It is clear to me they love her very much," Judge Mitchell Beckloff said during the hearing, who also agreed to son, Tito Jackson, also staying on in a co-guardian role.

The court conducted an investigation last week, which included interviews with the children, Katherine and visit to the home, which proved the kids and the Jackson matriarch are doing just fine.

After a bizarre and confusing rumored kidnapping by relatives, guardianship was snatched from Katherine last month, which resulted in a bitter and dramatic (not to mention very public) feud amongst the clan.

In a public statement yesterday, Jermaine Jackson expressed wanting an end to the battle.

"Enough has become enough," he said. "After much soul-searching, it is clearly time for us to live by Michael's words about love not war. In this spirit, I offer this statement by way of extending an olive branch."
