Katy Perry was shocked to find out she has nine nominations at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards and now she's nervous about it!

"I have nine nominations!" Katy shouted at MTV News when she found out on Wednesday night during an on-air interview. "Nine? I thought that was a typo or something! Oh my god, really? That's the most nominations I've ever gotten for anything."
Katy has been nominated for Video of the Year and Best Female Video for "Firework," Best Pop Video for "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," Best Collaboration, Best Art Direction, Best Direction, Best Editing and Best Special Effects for "E.T." and Best Cinematography for "Teenage Dream."

But now she's feeling some pressure!
"I'm so excited," Katy said. "I'm nervous like it's my first time. Even one of my press nails fell off."
