Katy Perry was a little late on being looped into the Miley Cyrus scandal that hit the Web on Friday. The singer seemed shocked to learn there was a video of Miley reportedly taking hits from a bong, but then tried to help the newly-turned 18-year-old out.

Katy took to her Twitter Friday evening after the Miley reports had been spreading throughout the day to comment on the scandal.
But being the good friend that Katy is, she didn't scold the star but tried to hook her up instead!
