Kelly Osbourne Show's the Sincerest Form of Flattery in Impersonating Miley Cyrus

Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus seem to really be hitting it off. While the Fashion Police starlet Tweeted in Miley’s defense this week, Kelly took it to a new friendship level by posting a picture of herself dressed up as Miley.

“I’m just being Miley!!!” Kelly Tweeted on Wednesday.
