Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus seem to really be hitting it off. While the Fashion Police starlet Tweeted in Miley’s defense this week, Kelly took it to a new friendship level by posting a picture of herself dressed up as Miley.
“I’m just being Miley!!!” Kelly Tweeted on Wednesday.

Earlier in the week, Kelly took to her account to tell the world that Miley was not a bad influence after her alleged bong incident and that everyone should stop hating on her.
