Kendra Wilkinson is getting back to her normal routine of working out and staying healthy. The proud mama and her NFL hubby Hank Baskett welcomed their first child Hank Baskett IV — weighing in at 9 lbs 5 ozs and 22 inches — last month and could not be happier with the adorable addition to their family. Now, Kendra is focusing on working out and heating up her sex life, with the protection of birth control, at least for a little bit.
"2 more wks til i get to hit it hard at the gym..and sex of course(IUD) ;D lol. yayy. hows everyone doin today?" the former Playboy bunny Tweeted yesterday.
Despite the new baby, Kendra and Hank know how to keep their romantic life alive.

OK!'s cover girl, for the past two weeks, opened up in the current issue about her post baby diet plan.
Kendra told OK! that she eats a lot throughout the day.
"I love salads, and sometimes I splurge on the fried chicken salad from Applebee's," she said. "I'm trying to cut out red meat. so for dinner I have grilled chicken — I don't eat seafood — and veggies. I don't like steamed vegetables. I like them raw."
She also said her and Hank are planning to do some off-season workouts together.
"When I get back to L.A., I'm all about hiking, biking and just going outside and having fun," Kendra said. "I'm more a a two-days-per week gym person. I can't do more than that. I get really bored."
Another way to burn calories — breastfeeding.
"The doctor told me you can burn up to 1,000 calories each time. Every time I pump, I'm like, 'Yes! That's a bunch of calories right there!' "
