Army Wives star Kim Delaney had a rough time delivering a speech at the Liberty Medal Award Ceremony last night and had to be escorted off stage before her slurry speech got any worse!

According to ABC News, Kim was looking disoriented as she took the podium and gave an incomprehensible speech at the ceremony honoring former defense secretary Robert Gates.
The actress said she had “served in active military duty family for five years.”
“I’ve seen soldiers come home with painful, life-altering injuries borne of their time and service,” she said. “I’ve attended numerous military funerals, including that of my best friend’s son.”
But eventually the Army Wives star explained, “I have the luxury to do all of this on a television show.”
In the video clip from WPVI, the audience appears uncomfortable by Kim's slurred speech and before she could finish it she is escorted off the stage.
Kim has gone to rehab for alcohol addiction twice, but CBS’ Philadelphia affiliate reported that Kim's telepromter wasn't working and she had to wing her speech.
