Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have made their media debut as a couple on a steamy cover for the spring 2013 issue of L'Officiel Homme.

As OK! reported, Kim recently told DuJour magazine that she was "ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything."

Instead, we get to see everything instead!
