TMZ reports that Kris, who was not present at the hearing, has been unsuccessful in his bid to have the marriage annulled for fraud, noting that "there was no proof."
The couple will each pay their own legal bills. And because of an iron-clad prenup, Kris will walk away with zero from his former wife.
Kim decided to do her ex a huge favor in court despite their bitter divorce battle over the past 536 days. "The judge was about to slap Kris with a financial penalty for being a no-show at last week's hearing, but Kim asked the court to drop it, and Kris skated," reveals TMZ.
