Despite stripping down to her birthday suit for three magazine pictorials, baring all for the camera doesn't get any easier says Kim Kardashian.
Kim, who posed in nothing but a layer of silver paint for W magazine, told E! News: "Being naked is always really vulnerable and scary," adding that the body paint was "freezing" but worth it. "I loved how the images turned out!"
The reality star wore silver again at her 30th birthday celebration at Tao Las Vegas, but this time her clothes caused her trouble — she cut herself with her spiked Louboutins on the way to the party.
"I accidentally spiked myself and cut my own foot. It was bleeding and I had to stop and clean it up!" Kim said.

So how does it feel to be 30? "It's nerve-wracking because now when someone says 'How old are you?' I have to say 30. It scares me a little bit," Kim confessed. "But I do feel accomplished, and I feel like I've gotten a lot done before 30. I feel good!"

Kim even broke her own rule about not drinking alcohol and enjoyed a cocktail. "The festivities have started! One white russian coming up! Hmm who can I drunk dial tonight?" she Tweeted.
