Kim Kardashian used a bedazzled mirror to keep a close watch on Anastasia Soare, the stylist giving her signature eyebrows a shape-up on Wednesday at Anastasia Beverly Hills. Talk about pressure! But we're pretty sure Kim is under a lot of pressure too. She has her enviable perfectly arched brows to live up to!

Kim only took off her gigantic shades just long enough to give the stamp of approval on her eyebrows, then the busy lady headed back to her car with a shopping bag full of Anastasia brand makeup.

True to the Kardashian name, Kim seems to love being pampered. Yesterday she was spotted purchasing extensions and then getting a manicure and pedicure — simultaneously! Kim definitely doesn't let herself go unrewarded for all her hard work!
