It's only been five weeks so far of wedded bliss but that's not stopping newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries from renewing their vows. Kinda/sorta. On today's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim wears a veil while her hubby wears a top hat for the faux nationally televised ceremony.

In fact, according to RadarOnline, Ellen tells Kris to say, “I promise to love, trust and keep up with you.”

The master of ceremonies, Ellen DeGeneres, also gave instructions to Kim. She advised the blushing bride to repeat, “I take Kris to be my husband and co-star, to love and honor you to always put you first -- or at least above Khloe, but below Kourtney!”

Interestingly enough, in the same episode Ellen asked them if they could get married again, what they would do differently? As for Kim's response, it was a one word answer: "Elope."  Kris sang a different tune and indicated he would have wanted "a longer after party."

Kim added, "I would say a longer after party, but I was so crazy for an entire month. I don’t know how wedding planners do this for their job: I literally went crazy -- it was so stressful!"

Their wedding, Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event, will air this Sunday on E! at 8 p.m. ET.
