She revealed the news in tonight's season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In the episode, Kim went to the doctor along with her mom, Kourtney, and Khloe for the unveiling, and it was totally sweet to watch the sisters find out together (Where was Kanye, though? Hmmm).
