Kim Kardashian Sets the Record Straight on Her Health

Despite rumors circulating on the Internet that Kim Kardashian can't have children, the reality star says that's just not true, and has taken to her official blog to set the record straight.

In a post titled "Don't Listen to False Stories!" Kim clears the air.

"Its been reported online that I can't have children of my own and that's totally false," she writes after she was asked if she would ever adopt. "I said I would love to have my own children. If I weren't able to then adopting might be an option," she explains, adding that other media outlets simply took her quote and twisted it.
