Kim Kardashian graces Cosmopolitan's April issue and the pregnant reality star gets candid about her relationship with boyfriend Kanye West, referring to him as her best friend. Can we get a collective, "Awwwww?"

Could Kanye and Kim Be Having a Baby Girl?

"Sometimes you're just not ready," she tells the glossy. "A person could have it all, and you're not ready for it all. Kim even admits that she probably owes big sis Kourtney an apology. When she found out the eldest Kardashian sister was having a baby out of wedlock, she was less than thrilled.

"I was like, 'You're not married! How could you do this? I was really firm and strict," she admits. "But she was like, 'Marriage isn't what I want.' And later, I realized she had a better family life than I did.
