Kim Kardashian Tells Jay Leno "Sometimes You Don't Want to Hear What Your Family Has to Say"

Last night when Kim Kardashian chatted with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show, she told him it didn't matter what her family said about Kris Humphries, when she's in love she's falls head over heels and no one can tell her any differently.

"I'm a person, when I'm in love, you can't tell me anything," Kim said.

"And you gotta go through it yourself. So, I did what I believed in doing, and sometimes you don't want to hear what your family has to say."

Kim added, "You look back and you're like, 'OK, that was a sign,' or you know, 'Maybe I should have listened to them.' But, I wouldn't have been who I am today had I not gone through that."
