The war between Glee and the Kings of Leon has just been taken to a new level. Drummer Nathan Followill is firing back at Glee creator Ryan Murphy's "self-centered" comment about the band in an intense way.

Kings of Leon turned down an offer to appear on the hit Fox show Glee and Ryan recently reacted to the rejection publicly to The Hollywood Reporter.
"F--- you, Kings of Leon," the Glee creator said. "They're self-centered assholes, and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument. It's like, OK, hate on arts education. You can make fun of Glee all you want, but at its heart, what we really do is turn kids on to music."

Well, Nathan didn't appreciate Ryan's statement about the band and took to his Twitter to attack back.
"Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go," he Tweeted. "See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say fuck."

Ryan is openly gay and Nathan later followed up with another Tweet apologizing, but didn't remove the original Tweet.
"I'm sorry 4 anyone that misconstrued my comments as homophobic or misogynistic," he Tweeted. "I'm so not that kind of person. I really do apologize."
Do you think this will be the end of the war? Or is it only beginning?
