Kirsten Dunst is the latest Hollywood star to seek a restraining order against a stalker.
And on Monday, an L.A. judge granted the actress's request, ordering 25-year-old Christopher Smith to stay away (by law) from the Spider Man star.
According to TMZ, neither Kirsten nor Smith were at court this morning. Last month, Kirsten's assistant made an citizen's arrest against Smith after he got past security on her property.

In a court declaration , Dunst said, "Mr. Smith's sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant."
