Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's Baby Joy!

She's a designer, a business woman and a reality television personality, but there is no question that mother is the most important role that Kourtney Kardashian has ever played.

"Being a mom is my favorite thing in the entire world!" says Kourtney, 33, already a mom to Mason, 2. For her second child, Kourt considered having a water birth.

"She wanted to do something all-natural, but Scott Disick told her she was crazy  and it would be more comfortable if she had the baby at the hospital," says a confidante. In the end, Scott got his wish and Kourtney agreed to have the baby in the hospital.

"This baby has brought some big changes," says an insider. "Kourtney has slowed down considerably, even more than she did with Mason. She's really settling into her role as a mother, and it's a wonderful thing to see."
