Kristin Cavallari Engaged to Jay Cutler Again: "This Time It's Official"

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are not only back together, but they're engaged... again!

The former Dancing With the Stars contestant and Hills star announced today she's engaged to the Chicago Bears quarterback.

Kristin Tweeted the happy news writing, "This time its official... Jay and I are engaged again."

The couple previously got engaged back in April when Jay popped the question in Mexico, but called the engagement off shortly after in July.
