Seven time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has been stripped of all his titles and has officially been banned from cycling for life.
The International Cycling Union's announcement comes after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency claims Lance was involved in a huge doping scandal.

The USADA report says that Lance used steroids, blood transfusions and other methods to increase his chances of winning.
Although the 41-year-old has yet to admit to any wrong doing, 11 former teammates are testifying against him and some are even claiming they were pressured into taking banned substances.
"Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling and he deserves to be forgotten in cycling," UCI President Pat McQuaid said at a news conference in Geneva. "This is a landmark day for cycling."
In addition, a UCi meeting will be held on Friday to determine whether Lance should return the prize money from his wins and if the Tour de France titles should be given to another cyclist.

Lance's name will now be officially removed from the record books and last week, his sponsors Nike, Trek Bicycles and Anheuser-Busch dropped him.
While, the athlete has enduren much public scrutiny and criticism recently, he appeared at a fundraiser on Sunday in Austin, Texas for his Livestrong charity and told the crowd, "I've been better, but I've been worse."
