Dec. 21 2009, Published 5:51 a.m. ET
While the L.A. Coroner's Office continues its autopsy of actress Brittany Murphy, who mysteriously died at the age of 32 from an apparent cardiac arrest on Sunday morning, the LAPD's preliminary investigation has found no evidence of criminal involvement in her death.
According to a report on TMZ.com, the LAPD has found no reason to believe that any foul play was involved in Brittany's sudden passing. This statement agrees with the coroner's early finding that the Clueless star appeared to have died of natural causes.
