Laura Bell Bundy swears by body tape when she’s wearing skin-bearing frocks like this Sheri Bodell number seen during the CMT Awards.
"I love that it’s a cross between a Bridget Bardot meets Cleopatra meets a cave woman," she tells me. "It’s short, sassy and sexy without being too slutty. I like the color. It’s light."
But even the Broadway-turned-country singer, 29, isn’t perfect, and reveals what diet trick she hopes to incorporate into her daily life.

“You shouldn’t eat four hours before you go to bed because it won’t digest properly, and when it doesn’t digest properly, it gets stored as fat,” she tells me.
