Jennifer Lopez's "goosies" don't lie. Lauren Alaina "attacked" her three performances on American Idol last night after receiving some advice from Beyoncé.

Beyoncé helped the American Idol contestants work on the songs they chose and had some special advice for Lauren — create a stage persona. Beyoncé said she's naturally shy, but pretends to be confident when she hits the stage.
That seemed to do the trick! Lauren sang Faith Hill's "Wild One" with some attitude.
"I could tell that in your heart, you were loving it, and you had such a connection with it," Randy Jackson said. "Remember, that's what it should be about. Have a good time and have fun. When you let yourself go is when you are your best."

For Lauren's second song, she sang The Band Perry's "If I Die Young" that Jimmy Iovine chose for her. She may have missed a key change, but the judges loved the song choice for her.
"It's a beautiful song, you have a beautiful voice and you nailed it again," Steven Tyler said. "You did it again."

The judges picked Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance" and Jennifer was clearly happy with that decision and Lauren's performance.
"You gave me just goosies from head to toe," Jennifer said. "That was just beautiful. I'm going to dare to say you won that round for me already."
