Some people just have the worst luck: Songstress Leona Lewis, who was punched by a male fan last year and was also headbutted by her horse earlier in 2009, fell down an elevator shaft last week during a performance in Sheffield, England, but emerged unscathed.
Leona's rep at J Records confirmed that she did in fact fall, when the elevator got stuck, telling a UK paper, "We have been having problems with the lift. It had been going fine in rehearsals and then I had a bit of an accident and fell down the lift shaft."

"I was lucky not to get injured," the "Bleeding Love" singer told the paper. "Fortunately it happened during a blackout on set and didn't affect the show and none of the audience saw anything."
