A scant few days after Lindsay Lohan Tweeted about Amanda Bynes not going to jail, guess who was just arrested in NYC?

This morning, the star of Liz & Dick was arrested in downtown NYC after her SUV allegedly hit a pedestrian.
According to the The New York Post, Lindsay was near the Dream Hotel at around 2 a.m. and trying to park her Porsche when she apparently hit the knee of a 30-something man.

One site reported the NYPD was called while Lindsay and her entourage were in the hotel right after it happened. She was arrested at around 2:30 in the morning and booked for leaving the scene of an accident, which is a misdemeanor, and was released without bail.
As for the pedestrian, he was taken to a local hospital. Alcohol was reportedly not involved but the arrest might be considered a violation of her probation from her jewelry-theft case.
