A day after it was announced that Lindsay Lohan was officially cast as a young Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime's biopic, Liz & Dick, Rosie O'Donnell slammed the actress by declaring her unfit and a poor choice for the role.
OK! NEWS: ROSIE O'DONNELL: "LINDSAY LOHAN NOT CAPABLE OF PLAYING ELIZABETH TAYLOR"
During a segment of "Today Professionals," Rosie said Lindsay wasn't "capable" and not ready to be a movie star again, even going so far as to say Lindsay hadn't starred in anything significant since she was 16.
Access Hollywood caught up with Lindsay at Star magazine's 4th Annual All Hollywood event in L.A. last night and asked for her thoughts on the comments.
"It’s funny that someone you don’t know at all can say something so intrusive and so knowing," she said. "You know, I did one of my first interviews with her when I was little. I was so excited."
Dina Lohan, Lindsay's biggest cheerleader, replied to Rosie's rant saying she needed to "get the facts straight."

"She said Lindsay hasn’t done any movies, you know, since she’s 16, but that’s absolutely not factual," Dina told Access Hollywood. "She’s worked with Meryl Streep in Prairie Home Companion; she worked with Jane Fonda after that. She worked in Bobby with an eclectic group of actors. I just want to get the facts straight."

Lindsay's estranged father, Michael Lohan, thinks Rosie should put a lid on it, too.
"Is Rosie in ANY position to judge anyone?" he wrote to The Huffington Post. "Failed marriage, two failed shows, slamming other celebs and high profile people. PLEASE!"
