After returning from a humanitarian trip to India, Lindsay Lohan told Extra she's "grateful" to be blessed with enough to help others and thinks giving back is the most important thing to be doing right now.
"I think its so important right now — especially because of what just happened in Haiti — for everybody to kind of look at themselves and look at the life that they have and be really grateful for what they have and do as much as they can... especially if they have a voice, " Lindsay explained to Extra.
Lindsay's humanitarian trip to India really made an impact on her.
"It was amazing," Lindsay said. "It was really life-changing. It was a wonderful experience."
Lindsay attended InStyle's Golden Globes party and shared her opinion of the Golden Globes fashion trends.
"Drew Barrymore," Lindsay said of one of her fave winners. "I just love her so much. Her speech was so genuine and I just thought it was beautiful."
Lindsay herself dressed to impress at the party and admitted she got her styling inspiration from someone she admires.
"I feel a little bit like Lady Gaga with the hood," Lindsay explained. "I love her."
In addition to helping give back to others and actively pursuing fashion, Lindsay recently wrapped her new film Machete, co-starring Robert De Niro and Jessica Alba.
"I have movie coming out called Machete with Robert Rodriguez, who was the director — so I'm very excited for that."
