TMZ reports Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and will likely head to jail after her court appearance next month.

As part of her probation for her DUI, Lindsay is required by the judge to attend alcohol education class, but according to TMZ she is not fulfilling the requirements.

Under the ruling by Judge Marsha Revel, Lindsay must attend classes once every seven days, unless she is in inpatient rehab. If she does not follow those terms she is out of chances and will go to jail, TMZ reports.

If Lindsay is missing for 21 days, the school is required to report her absence to the court. No report has been made because TMZ reports that Lindsay has waited until the 21st day to attend classes.

So, Lindsay has followed the school's rule, but not the judge's class every seven days rule.

Lindsay has a progress hearing on May 20 according to TMZ where her probation violation will be discussed.

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Champan Holley tells TMZ, "We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance."

But the judge just might have a problem with Lindsay's class attendance.
