After receiving a sexually explicit text message, Lindsay declared to the court, "I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me." The judge agreed this was compelling evidence and ordered for the stalker to have no communication and stay away from Lindsay. The LAPD is also convinced the stalker is schizophrenic and also suffers from mental issues. Their Threat Management Department is on the case.
