According to TMZ, Robert Shapiro is stepping up to represent Lindsay Lohan.

Robert, who was one of O.J. Simpson's attorneys, will try to convince Judge Marsha Revel to put Lindsay in a rehab facility and either eliminate or minimize jail time, TMZ sources report.
