Lindsay Lohan is making the most of her freedom and has decided that means she can wear whatever she wants to — or doesn't want to. Lindsay made her way into a Santa Monica courthouse on Friday wearing a sheer black shirt with nothing on underneath! Luckily, Lindsay decided to wrap her flannel shirt around on her way out, but we have to wonder if she did the same inside the courthouse!

Lindsay strolled up to the courthouse confidently, but looked slightly worried on her way out. Hopefully everything went well inside.

Having just been released from rehab, Lindsay has wasted no time getting back to her normal life. The actress has already been out driving her Maserati and has rejoined Twitter.
