Just last week Lindsay attended a press conference and posed next to Victoria and John Travolta, who has already signed to star as John Gotti in the film.
But it seems Lindsay's "talks" to play Victoria didn't go through.
"We are not talking any further about Lindsay playing Victoria," the film's producer, Mark Fiore, says (via PopEater). "She is no longer being considered. The talks have stopped. We are going to meet with other people."

We wonder what went wrong?
During the press conference, both Victoria and John praised Lindsay.
Victoria said, "I think she's doing great; I think she's going to continue to do great and she's got a lot of people rooting for her."
"I've always thought Lindsay was gorgeous and talented and filled with a lot of depth," John added. "So, I think that whatever she would like to do would be great with me."
