She wasn't in front of the judge yesterday morning in L.A. to face the music for her DUI probation violation case, instead, due to a "stolen passport" situation, poor Lindsay Lohan was stuck on a yacht last night, partying until 7:30 a.m., says a new report.
TMZ says the celeb, who gets squirrelly where court-mandated appearances are concerned, hopped off the boat this morning in Cannes. They also have several photographs showing Lindsay hard at work partying, including one pic that seems to show what could be a few lines of cocaine on a table.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay has booked a flight home to L.A. tomorrow, ostensibly in time to get her back in time for her Monday 8:30 a.m. appearance in front of a judge.

Yesterday, Judge Marsha Revel ruled that Lilo is in violation of her parole, setting her bail at $100,000. Reuters reports that her team then posted bail just hours later. She will be outfitted with a SCRAM alcohol detection bracelet and will be subject to other conditions including drug testing.
