According to TMZ sources, Lindsay is getting ready to sue the jewelry store because she never gave them the right to use her image for profit and met with her lawyers today.
The surveillance video of Lindsay allegedly stealing a necklace from the store reportedly earned Kamofie $40,000 after being sold to Entertainment Tonight for one week.
And after that one week, the tape can then be sold to other outlets, TMZ reports.
