When Lindsay Lohan’s car hit a photographer early this morning, the aftermath turned into a full on deadly weapons investigation according to new reports, although nobody was seriously injured.
According to TMZ, Lindsay’s car was involved in an accident with a photographer in Hollywood at 12:30 AM when her driver sped off from the Hotel Café without regard.
Luckily, the photographer who was clipped only suffered injuries to his hand and was tended to by the ambulance that arrived on scene, but didn’t need to be taken to the hospital for further treatment, TMZ reports.

And, while no serious harm was inflicted, TMZ reports that now the driver of Lindsay’s car is, “a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation,” for his irrational driving behavior.
Thankfully for the 23-year-old, who has seen her fair share of legal woes, Lindsay is not a suspect according to TMZ.
