2008 looks to be a promising year for the recently out-of-rehab star as the busboy who was involved in a car crash with Lindsay Lohan dropped the civil suit today... well, at least against her production company.
According to court documents first obtained by celebTV.com, Raymundo Ortega filed a "notice of entry of dismissal and proof of service" in California Superior Court, seeking to drop a lawsuit he filed against Lohan's Crossheart Productions Inc. on June 14, 2007. However, as clarified by TMZ.com, La Lohan herself remains a defendant in the lawsuit.
