A-listers dolled up last night to attend the TIME 100 Gala to honor the Time's 100 Most Influential People In The World at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center in NYC. Gossip Girl starlet Blake Lively debuted her new red locks as she walked the red carpet as she made the list herself!
