I had the pleasure of hanging out with Jenny Craig's spokes-hottie Nicole Sullivan the other night at Gotham Comedy Club. She managed to drop 35 pounds by eating right and walking (YES! WALKING!) 1000 steps 3 times a week. Amazing right? And she looks H-O-T!!!

Anyway, while I was busy sipping low-cal cocktails and LOLing at the comedienne, she brought up her weakness: cheese. Well, "cheesy sauce" to be exact. To quote her, "I would eat a stapler if you dipped it in cheesy sauce."

LONI WORKS IT OUT: I AM UNSTABLE

Now, I on the other hand could take or leave creamy cheddar covered whatever, BUT, I think you all know that for me chocolate is a whoooole different ball game. So I'd like to share a recipe with you that I accidentally created. It is too good to be true, super healthy, and to be quite honest, I'd be a heckuva lot meaner (and would be caught sneaking into Carvel late at night incognito) without it.

LONI'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE CHOCOLATE-COVERED STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

You need:

1 scoop of Jay Robb's Chocolate Protein

1 teaspoon of real, organic unsweetened cocoa powder

5 frozen strawberries

5 ice cubes

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 non-sucky blender

Put the strawberries and milk in first, then ice cubes, then protein, then cocoa. DELISH! Let me know what you think!
