Madonna got political during her New Orleans concert on Saturday, and her fans didn't like it.
"Who's registered to vote?" Madge asked the crowd. If only she'd stopped there — usually, encouraging people to vote is a well-received effort. But she continued: "I don't care who you vote for, as long as you vote for Obama."
When people began to boo and leave, Madonna changed her tune saying, "Seriously, I don't care who you vote for… do not take this privilege for granted. Go vote."
Madonna can certainly handle a little booing, and we have a feeling she's still glad she spoke up in support of Barack Obama. How do you feel when your favorite celebs talk politics?
